Who operates Synara
Synara is operated by AUREVYN LABS LLC, United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@synarai.com.
Information we handle
For Synara accounts and beta applications, we handle the email address, display name, password hash, verification status, beta application text and optional social media profile links you provide. We also record when you actively accept the Terms of Service and which version you accepted. Social profile links are used by the team to review an application and are not displayed publicly by Synara. If you post in the community, your display name, posts, replies and any photos or screenshots you attach may be visible to others who can view that discussion. Uploaded image files can contain metadata, including location information; remove sensitive details before uploading. We keep account sessions, moderation actions and limited security records needed to run the service.
For security and abuse prevention, the site uses the IP address supplied with requests to enforce rate limits. A session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated. Your browser may store a light or dark theme preference locally. We do not use this preference for advertising.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts and the community, review beta applications, send account verification and password recovery messages, respond to requests, and protect the site from misuse. For basic website analytics, Synara counts public page views by date and page path. Some static pages require browser scripts to record a view, so totals are approximate; they can include bots and do not identify unique visitors. The analytics table does not store IP addresses, account IDs, browser identifiers or individual visit histories; counts older than 90 days are removed as new page views arrive. Beta applications are open. AI product access and plan sales are not available.
AI chat data
When you use Synara AI chat, the messages you submit, generated responses, files you choose to attach and limited technical records needed for security are the data categories relevant to the service. Their purposes are to provide replies, maintain account and service security, and respond to requests. The chat screen currently shows a disabled preview and does not accept messages. Before message sending is enabled, we will identify the AI providers, processing locations, retention periods and any model improvement use, then update this policy and the applicable terms.
Google email access
Synara uses the Gmail API only to send account verification and password recovery messages from its own Google Workspace mailbox. The requested permission is gmail.send. The site does not ask visitors to connect their Google accounts, read their inboxes or use their Google data for advertising. The sending account’s authorization token is held as a server secret and is not shown to site visitors.
Service providers and storage
The website, community database, uploaded forum images and human verification are provided through Cloudflare services. Google Workspace delivers account email. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies, local storage and location-based notices
We use an account session cookie when you sign in and security storage when needed to protect forms and accounts. A first-party cookie remembers your cookie choice. If you allow optional preference storage, this browser also remembers your light or dark theme. We do not currently use advertising or visitor analytics cookies. Cloudflare provides the country and, where available, region associated with your request so we can highlight a relevant privacy notice. Synara does not save your IP-derived country or region in a browser cookie. All regional notices remain available to everyone. IP location is an estimate and does not establish your residence or legal rights.
Read the Cookie Policy and regional privacy information. Visitors in Türkiye can also read the KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.
Retention and choices
Account and community information is kept while needed to run the account or community, unless we remove it following a request or need to keep it for a legal or security reason. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; password reset links expire after 30 minutes. Session records expire after their configured session period. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@synarai.com. Rights available to you depend on your location.
Changes
We may update this policy as Synara’s features change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
