About the service
These terms apply to the Synara website and community operated by AUREVYN LABS LLC, United States. The site describes a product in development. Beta applications are open. AI access, memberships and plan sales remain closed. Pages describing future features, plans or benefits are not offers to sell or guarantees of availability.
Accepting the terms
Creating a beta account requires you to actively agree to these terms. If you created an account earlier, you can review and accept the current version from your account page. Synara records the date and version of an affirmative acceptance. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; viewing it is separate from agreeing to these terms.
Accounts and community
For accounts and the community, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Community posts must be lawful, relevant and respectful. Do not publish passwords, private data belonging to other people, spam or harmful content. We may hide posts, lock discussions or suspend accounts that disrupt the community or violate these terms.
Your content
You remain responsible for what you post. By submitting a community post, you allow Synara to store, display and moderate it as needed to operate the community. Public posts can be read by other visitors. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.
Future AI chat
The AI chat screen is currently a disabled preview. Before message sending opens, Synara will publish the applicable AI use terms and data handling details. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; users should check important information before relying on it. Do not submit passwords or other information you are not authorized to share.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop website and community features as the product develops. We will publish confirmed pricing, access rules and any separate paid terms before sales begin. No AI product or paid plan is being provided under these terms today.
